RFQ-140085 - Reconstruction of Runway 4L/22R

Summary of Specifications:
INTRODUCTION: Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), the Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) hereby invites businesses or teams of businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein to submit Responses for complete consulting services including planning, engineering and related services for the reconstruction of Runway 4L/22R, Taxiway A, Taxiway Q and Taxiway A-5 (future Taxiway R) at Detroit Metro Airport (DTW). It is expected that two (2) construction seasons will be needed to complete construction of these projects based on the preferred alternative selected. The successful Respondent (“Engineer”) must provide services in accordance with the requirements of the FAA, State of Michigan, and the Airport Authority to meet the Airport Authority’s Capital Improvement Program and meet the eligibility requirements for FAA reimbursement under the grant program at DTW.
