Summary of Specifications:
The Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) is soliciting bids from general contractors, construction managers and other businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein for the reconstruction and realignment of Rogell Drive and Burton Drive including concrete paving, overhead signing, installation of storm sewer, watermain, electrical duct bank, electrical switchgear, street lighting with light emitting diode (LED) upgrades, traffic signal and all associated maintenance of traffic, and permanent pavement marking located at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW). (The Contract resulting from this solicitation is subject to Airport Authority Prevailing Wages Requirements.)
