PRE-BID MEETING: A Pre-Bid meeting concerning this RFB will be held, the date, time and location is indicated on the cover of this RFB. Staff will be available at this meeting to answer questions about this RFB. Attendance at the meeting is strongly encouraged for the entities that will be submitting a Bid that will be signatory on a contract with the Airport Authority for the work contained in this RFB, as well as subcontractors interested in participating on the Bidders teams.
