The Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) is soliciting bids from general contractors, construction managers and other businesses that meet the qualifications set forth herein to submit Bids for Routine and On-Call Maintenance of Parking Decks, and Parking Lots and Associated Facilities located at the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW). The Contract resulting from this solicitation is subject to Airport Authority Prevailing Wages Requirements. The contract will be for a term of up to five (5) years.

Parking Instructions:
PARKING - Parking is available in the Big Blue Deck Parking Structure. From the parking deck, use the Pedestrian Bridge on the 4th Level to access the North Terminal Ticket Lobby. From the Ticket Lobby, the Wayne County Airport Authority Offices (in the Michael Berry Building) are located at the northern most wall of the North Terminal (to the right). Bring your parking ticket stub with you to be validated.
