The Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) is soliciting bids from general contractors, construction managers and other businesses for the Runway 9/27 Decoupling Enabling Projects at Willow Run Airport (YIP). This RFB contains two (2) contract opportunities (herein referred to as Packages) for the Runway 9/27 Decoupling Enabling Projects. A separate response must be submitted for each package for which the Bidder desires to be considered.

The two packages are as follows:
Package A - Beacon Relocation

- Installation of electrical conduits and cables
- Foundation Construction
- Airport Rotating Beacon and Tower Installation
- Electrical Vault Modifications
- Complete fine grading and/or restoration of disturbed areas

Package B - Runway 9 Runway Safety Area (RSA) Improvements

- 10-foot Security Chain Link Fence Construction
- Runway Safety Area (RSA) Grading
- Clearing and Grubbing
- Concrete Structure Removal
- Pavement Markings
- Gravel Road Construction
  All associated with Work shall be in accordance with the drawings, specifications and other Contract Documents. (The Contract resulting from this solicitation is subject to Davis-Bacon Act Wages Requirements.)
  Important Note: It is the responsibility of the Bidders to view, obtain or download all addenda issued by the Wayne County Airport Authority Airport Authority for this RFB.
