Summary of Specifications:
The purchase of SS1H Tack Asphalt Binder to be picked up on an as-needed. The tack is picked up in bulk by WCAA personnel in a trailer mounted application rig. 75-100 gallons is picked up at a time, 1-2 times a week between the hours of 7am-4pm. The successful respondent (Contractor) must have an employee on site to dispense the tack into our application trailer.
