Responses are being solicited for the purpose of contracting for State and Local and Governmental Affairs Consulting Services for the Wayne County Airport Authority (the “Airport Authority”).  The contract will be for a term of three (3) years, with one (1) two-year renewal option exercisable at the sole discretion of the Airport Authority by and through its Chief Executive Officer.
