Responses are being solicited by the Wayne County Airport Authority (Airport Authority) for the purpose of contracting for engineering, design and related services for multiple Utilities improvement projects at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) and Willow Run Airport (YIP). This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) contains three (3) independent contract opportunities (herein referred to as packages). A separate complete Response must be submitted for each package and prospective Respondents may respond to any number of packages (1, 2, or all 3 of the packages).
