RFP-CV-16638 - 2012 Paved Shared Use Path Program Construction & Boardwalk Repair

Summary of Specifications:
The project includes construction of: - approximately 180 lineal feet of 8’ wide boardwalk supported by +/- 60 helical piles and miscellaneous appurtenances. - removal and replacement of repair of +/- 225 lineal feet of existing boardwalk including +/- 65 helical piles and miscellaneous appurtenances. 

The plans and specifications are on file and may be examined on and after 10:00 A.M. on June 12, 2012 at the following locations: 

1. Johnson and Anderson, Inc. 4494 Elizabeth Lake Road, Waterford, MI 48328. 2. CAM, Construction Association of Michigan, 43636 Woodward Avenue, P.O. Box 3204, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302-3204. 

Copies may be obtained after 12:00 P.M., June 12, 2012 at the office of Johnson and Anderson, Inc. A non-reimbursable check payable to the Johnson and Anderson, Inc. in the amount of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) must be deposited for each set of documents obtained. Bid Documents may be obtained by UPS Ground delivery service for an additional fee of Five Dollars ($5.00). The purchaser must supply the telephone and fax number, street address, and the name of the individual or firm whom Addenda, if any, can be directed.
