Summary of Specifications:
The Charter Township of West Bloomfield on behalf of the Greater West Bloomfield Cable Communications Commission (GWBCCC) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the Civic Center TV Green Media Center Technical Facilities. GWBCCC / Civic Center TV is moving into a renovated building and is looking for a contractor to provide hardware/software, installation and training for new video equipment.
Sealed proposals must be submitted in accordance with this RFP to the Township Clerk's Department, on or before the closing time of Monday, July 23, 2012, at 1:00 PM, at which time they will be publicly opened in Employee Lounge and thereafter be subject to disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act.
Proposal packages can be obtained at the Township Clerk’s office during normal working hours 8:00 am – 4:30 pm or through the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) www.MITN.info.
A MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2012, at 10 a.m., at Township Hall – Board Room, 4550 Walnut Lake Road, West Bloomfield, MI 48323. The purpose of the mandatory pre-proposal meeting is to allow contractors the opportunity to understand the scope of work and ask any questions. Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting is mandatory in order to submit a proposal. Contractors not in attendance will not be eligible to submit a proposal for this project.
