Summary of Specifications:
The Charter Township of West Bloomfield is requesting proposals from qualified bidders for over-the-counter and on-line electronic payment processing methods for township residents and customers. Sealed proposals will be received by the Charter Township of West Bloomfield Clerk’s Department at 4550 Walnut Lake Road, West Bloomfield, Michigan 48323 until 2:00 P.M., May 8, 2013, at which time the name of submitting proposers will be read. One (1) original and three (3) copies of a proposal must be submitted.
