Summary of Specifications:
The project includes construction of: Type I Station grading of ±53 stations which includes milling & pulverizing the existing 20’ wide asphalt road, Type II Station grading of ±6 stations which includes pulverizing the existing 20’ wide asphalt road, placement of ±13,329 SY of HMA 13A, ±13,655 SY of HMA 4C, ±280 SY of HMA 2C, drive way transitions, restoration, and associated work.

Copies may be obtained after 12:00 P.M., June 13, 2012 at the office of Johnson and Anderson, Inc. A non-reimbursable check payable to the Johnson and Anderson, Inc. in the amount of Forty Dollars ($40.00) must be deposited for each set of documents obtained. Bid Documents may be obtained by UPS Ground delivery service for an additional fee of Five Dollars ($5.00). The purchaser must supply the telephone and fax number, street address, and the name of the individual or firm whom Addenda, if any, can be directed.
