The Charter Township of West Bloomfield’s Water/Sewer Department, Treasurer’s Department and Assessing Department invite qualified firms to submit bids for the printing and mailing of monthly water/sewer bills, Summer and Winter Tax Statements, and Assessment Notices. Sealed bids will be received by the Charter Township of West Bloomfield Clerk’s Department at 4550 Walnut Lake Road, West Bloomfield, Michigan 48323 until 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, September 25, 2012, at which time the name of submitting proposers will be read. One (1) original and four (4) copies of a proposal must be submitted.
