Notice is hereby given that the Charter Township of West Bloomfield will receive proposals for the following project:
Radiant Heat – bid deadline 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, February 8, 2011
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 1:30 P.M. local time on January 19, 2011 at the office of Fire Station No. 4, 5892 Greer Road, West Bloomfield, MI 48324. Representatives of Owner and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project and at that time all of the facilities where work activities will take place will be visited. Bidders are required to attend and participate in the meeting.
Bid packages can be obtained at the offices of Johnson & Anderson, Inc., 4494 Elizabeth Lake, Road, Waterford, MI 48328. A non-reimbursable check payable to Johnson and Anderson, Inc. in the amount of Twenty-Five ($25.00) must be deposited for each set of documents obtained. Bid Documents may be obtained by UPS Ground Delivery service for an additional fee of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00). The Township of West Bloomfield reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularities, or to let proposals again whatever is in the best interest of the Township.
