Summary of Specifications:
The project includes removal and replacement of existing bituminous and concrete pavement, installation of concrete pedestrian pathway, installation of Walnut Lake Road access drive asphalt pavement, partial permeable HMA pavement, sanitary sewer and storm sewer improvements, detention basin installation, vegetated swales installation, material/equipment storage installation, construction of a detached storage building, replacement of existing fuel pumps and installation of a new pump island and canopy, existing building modifications, site upgrades, and miscellaneous appurtenances.

Copies may be obtained after 12:00 P.M., March 20, 2017 at the office of Johnson and Anderson, Inc. A non-reimbursable check payable to Johnson and Anderson, Inc. in the amount of Seventy Five dollars ($ 75.00) must be deposited for each set of documents obtained. Bid Documents may be obtained by UPS Ground delivery service for an additional fee of One Hundred Dollars ($ 100.00). The purchaser must supply the telephone and fax number, street address, and the name of the individual or firm whom Addenda, if any, can be directed.
