Summary of Specifications:
PROJECT DETAIL: Installation of Terra Tona Flooring or equivalent in an area of 700 square feet. Removal of existing linoleum and base molding as well as the removal of disintegrated floor topping just below the linoleum. Additionally, the addition of Grey 24” Abrasive Action Dry Tile or similar “walk off” material near the three rear entrance ways for a total of 310 square feet. This portion of the project would include the removal of the existing linoleum and base molding as well as the removal of the disintegrating floor toping.
