Sealed Bid Proposals for the construction of the WEST BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP CIVIC CENTER – PARKING LOT RECONSTRUCTION in Oakland County, Michigan will be received by the Clerk of the Owner, Charter Township of West Bloomfield, 4550 Walnut Lake Road, West Bloomfield, Michigan 48323 until 10:00 AM Local Time on Thursday, February 28, 2013. This project consists of the construction of roadway and parking lot improvements within the Civic Center Complex in West Bloomfield, Oakland County, Michigan. The proposed work includes drainage structure improvements, concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, HMA pulverizing, parking and roadway area grading modified, HMA placement and restoration.
