01312024 - Window Blinds Replacement for West Bloomfield Planning & Development Department

SPECIFICATIONS:

Potential bidders will be required to attend a mandatory pre-bid site visit for measurement verification and inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves as to all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of performance of the contract to the extent such information is reasonable obtainable.  Measurements are the responsibility of the selected bidder.

1. Provide fabric corded roller solar shades with 3% openness with associated valance/fascia.

2. For some of the windows in the Township, multiple blinds/treatment per window opening may be desired.  Bids shall include type of treatment proposed by window location. 

3. Blinds should have Gray or Light Gray fabric color.
