RFP-072815 - 2015 Emission Measurement Proposals

Summary of Specifications:
The Ypsilanti Community Utilities Authority (YCUA) will be accepting sealed proposals for the purchase or rental of equipment and/or services to measure fluidized bed incinerator emissions. Hereafter all correspondence will be labeled “2015 Emission Measurement Proposals”. Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. local time on August 14, 2015 in the Wastewater Administration Office at 2777 State Road, Ypsilanti, MI 48198 and opened thereafter. All inquiries and information concerning the “2015 Emission Measurement Proposals” shall be directed to Luther Blackburn, YCUA’s representative at 734-484-4600 extension 121.
