Summary of Specifications:
The scope of work includes hauling and disposal of wastewater treatment plant dewatered sludge. The Contractor will be contacted by YCUA on an as-needed basis to haul and dispose of sludge from the wastewater treatment plant located at 2777 State Road in Township of Ypsilanti. The Contractor shall be responsible for designating and securing approval(s) from landfills for disposal to accommodate YCUA’s designated volume. If determined necessary, YCUA reserves the right and may designate a disposal site(s). The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work in accordance with this specification and local, state, and federal regulations.
