ITB-02232017 - 2017-2018 Emission Testing and Relative Accuracy Test Audits

Summary of Specifications:
Ypsilanti Community Utilities Authority (YCUA) is currently accepting sealed bids for performing incinerator emission testing and Relative Accuracy Test Audits on a Fluidized Bed Sewage Sludge Incinerator, pursuant to Air Permit #MI-ROP-B6237-2015, 40 CFR Part 60 Subpart MMMM, and the owner’s specifications. 

Hereafter all correspondence shall be labeled “2017-2018 Emission Testing and Relative Accuracy Test Audits”. Sealed bids will be accepted by hard copy only until 3:00 p.m. local time on March 14, 2017 in the Wastewater Administration Office located at 2777 State Road, Ypsilanti, MI 48198 and opened thereafter.
