2021 ENG 4 - East Michigan Avenue Sanitary Sewer Repair

Trenchless repair of approximately 100’ of 10” diameter sanitary sewer located under an existing building south of East Michigan Avenue between June Street and Avis Street in the Charter Township of Ypsilanti. Base bid for repair of the sanitary sewer will be via pipe-burst and work will include excavation and rerouting of the existing sanitary lateral from underneath the building to a new tap location outside the building followed by cured-in-place pipe lining of the entire length, approximately 210’, of sanitary sewer from upstream manhole to downstream manhole.
