Summary of Specifications:
The goods and services consist of plan development, sampling, analysis, and reporting of certain emissions from the YCUA Fluidized Bed Sewage Sludge Incinerator (FBSSI), pursuant to Air Permit #68-02 and the owner’s specifications. The Scope of Work shall consist of development of a Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) approvable written Intent to Test Plan for the sampling, analysis, and reporting of, Arsenic, Beryllium, Cadmium, Carbon Monoxide, Total Chromium, 2,3,7,8 Tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin, Toxic Equivalency Quotient (TEQ)[report all individual dioxins and furans]{report total dioxins and total furans}, Hydrogen Chloride, Lead, Mercury (Hg), Total Polychlorinated Biphenyls, and Sulfur Dioxide, in the exhaust (flue) gas of the YCUA Fluidized Bed Sewage Sludge Incinerator (FBSSI). Also to be included in the written Intent to Test Plan is the sampling, analysis, and reporting of the Mercury and Total Polychlorinated Biphenyls concentration in the flue gas upstream of the FBSSI Granular Activated Carbon Absorber. Perform sampling, analysis, and reporting as specified in the approved Intent to Test Plan.
