Summary of Specifications:
The goods and services consist of plan development, sampling, analysis, and reporting of certain emissions from the YCUA Fluidized Bed Sewage Sludge Incinerator (FBSSI), pursuant to Air Permit #68-02 and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Information Collection Request (ICR). The Scope of Work shall consist of development of a Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) approvable written Intent to Test Plan for the sampling, analysis, and reporting of, Antimony, Arsenic, Beryllium, Carbon Monoxide, Cobalt, Phosphorus, Hydrogen Fluoride, Mercury, Particulate Matter 2.5 (PM2.5), Condensable Particulate Matter (dry impinger), and Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon in the exhaust (flue) gas of the YCUA Fluidized Bed Sewage Sludge Incinerator (FBSSI).
