RFP# 20230816 - Construction Management (CM) Services - Gerrish Manor Interior Renovations

Seeking NH based CM Services Providers. Project Description: The project consists of an interior renovation of an existing assisted living facility. The existing building area is 21,843 SQ. FT. The project scope will include: existing corridors shall be renovated with the removal and replacement of corridor doors, flooring, and wall covering, along with new ceilings, soffits, and LED lighting.  In addition, the existing common area activity room, lounge, and dining room shall be renovated with new doors, flooring, and wall covering along with new ceilings, soffits, and LED lighting. The existing accessible restrooms will be renovated with new non-porous flooring and wall tile.
