RFP20240520 - Corrections Department Sliding Door (4) Locking Devise Retrofits

Merrimack County is seeking proposals from responsive and experienced vendors to furnish materials, tools and labor for the retrofitting of locking devices on four (4) sliding doors at the Merrimack County Correctional Facility located at 314 Daniel Webster Highway Boscawen, NH. The Scope of Work is to include but not be limited to the removal of all the internal components from the four existing sliding doors and the replacement with new locking device retrofit kits. Existing transom housings, covers, lock posts, drop bars, receiver, guides, and doors are to be reused. Additionally, the vendor shall reuse the release column and modify the connection to the main bar to connect new devices.
