RFP20230707 - Geothermal Well System Controls and Mechanical Upgrades Services

Merrimack County is seeking competitive proposals from qualified contractors to perform mechanical and controls infrastructure changes to the geothermal well control system at Merrimack County Nursing Home 325 Daniel Webster Highway and to add critical cooling equipment to 309 Daniel Webster Highway Boscawen, NH 03303.

Intent is to provide the County mechanical and controls integrategration into the existing MetaSys BMS for the Nursing Home geothermal well system installed at the site, which must remain in service while improvements are made.

Contractor will provide the materials and labor to procure and install mechanical and controls equipment needed for successful completion of the project.
