Alpha Borough is requesting cost estimates and bid proposals to install a test well
to serve in the future as a backup or replacement for the existing Frace Street Well.
The Frace Street Well is located at approximately 735 Frace Street in Alpha
Borough, New Jersey. A site inspection meeting will be held on September 1,
2021, at 10:00AM at the site. While attendance is not mandatory, it is advisable
that all bidders inspect the site. No exceptions to bids will be made for site surficial
conditions or constraints imposed by neighboring properties or infrastructure.
