2022-012 - Courthouse Park Development - Demolition of Building & Underground Structure

The City is seeking proposals (“Proposals”, each a “Proposal”) from qualified planning, engineering, environmental, or other qualified firms (“Respondents”, each a “Respondent”) to conduct a proposal for the environmental impact and lab testing of existence of any hazardous materials including but not limited to Asbestos, lead, mercury, PCBs, soil contamination testing and such. Respondents to also include services that pertain to the controlled demolition and dust control of the 10 stories high international style building and underground garage. A planned study of the impact on the area during demolition.

NOTE: THIS PROCESS REQUIRES A PAPER-ONLY SUBMISSION WITH ORIGINAL SIGNATURES AND THE COMPLETION/INCLUSION OF ALL FORMS IN THE BID.

YOU MUST DOWNLOAD THE BID IN ORDER TO RECEIVE ANY ADDENDA(S) THAT MAY OCCUR.  Failure to acknowledge receipt of all addenda will cause the bid to be considered non-responsive, and the bid will be rejected. Acknowledgement of receipt of each addendum must be clearly established and included with the bid pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23.2 (e).
