The purpose of this RFP is to procure an ITSM Platform and Services to support the needs of members and participants of NJEdge. The product should assist members and participants in advancing to greater organizational maturity in IT Service Management through thoughtful implementation of ITIL best practices. Edge is seeking a cloud SaaS solution that delivers an efficient service that is flexible in usage, access, reporting with the ability to customize the platform to cater to the diverse needs of members and participants. The platform must support the ITIL framework. This procurement is an Omnibus Procurement and Edge may make multiple awards to satisfy the needs of its members and participants.
