The work on CONTRACT NO. 108 consists of MK Betterment Park recreational complex which will include but not limited to the installation of pickleball courts, drainage improvements, fencing, paved parking lot, lighting and concrete work. The work shall be completed within one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days of the Contractor's receipt of written Notice to Proceed.

Prospective bidders can obtain a hard copy of the contract documents upon a payment fee of $100.00 for each set of documents or bidders may also be obtained by e-mail.
