HDC 2023.06.23 - HVAC ROUTINE MAINTENANCE & REPAIR ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS - HDC

The Housing Development Corporation of Bergen County (HDC, owner) requests quotations from contractors for the provision of services such as routine maintenance and repairs on an as needed basis, upgrade, stabilitzation and when necessary, new installation of existing HVAC systems in the HDC's facilities to the original design and/or consturcted condition, or to reinforce, rehabilitate, or upgrade, or replace as directed by the owner's Contracting Officer or designee.  The owner reserves the right to add future or delete facilities during the contract period.  Contractors will be utilized on an as needed emergency basis.
