RFQ 2023.10.13 - RFQ: ESTABLISHING A “POOL” OF QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS

The Housing Authority and Housing Development Corporation of Bergen County (“HABC & HDC”) are soliciting qualifications from respondents interested in providing qualification statements for the provision of professional services for upcoming projects at various buildings owned and/or managed by the HABC & HDC and which are being developed or maintained, as more particularly described herein.  Through a Request for Qualification process described herein, persons and/or firms interested in assisting the HABC & HDC with the provision of such services must prepare and submit a Qualification Statement in accordance with the procedure and schedule in this RFQ.  The HABC & HDC will review Qualification Statements only from those firms that submit a Qualification Statement which includes all the information required to be included as described herein.  The HABC & HDC intend to qualify person(s) and/or firm(s) that possess the professional, financial and administrative capabilities to provide the proposed services, and will agree to work under the compensation terms and conditions that provide the greatest benefit, as determined by the HABC & HDC.
