Description

Proposals will be received by the Manchester Township on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time and at that time and place, publicly opened and read aloud for “HVAC Improvements to the Pop Warner Complex Cheer Barn”.

The Bid generally consists of installation of approximately 300 linear feet of conduit by directional drilling to supply power to the Pop Warner Cheer Barn, NJDOT junction box ITS Type B, Pull and Splice Box, Meter and breaker box, and installation of 3 HVAC ground-mounted air handling units, along with associated ductwork and controls. Additionally, replacement of existing bathroom doors and installation of a new access door are included.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten per centum (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars and made payable to the Township of Manchester.

Bidder shall submit a copy of the bid guarantee with electronic submittal and mail ensuring receipt, prior to electronic bid opening, the original to the Manchester Township Purchasing Department 1 Colonial Drive, Manchester, N.J., 08759. The bid bond may also be provided in certified check and cashier’s check in accord with provisions within general requirements of this bid.
