In general, the work on this project will consist of furnishing and installing new meters and transmitters at various houses and businesses within Crestwood Village 2 for the Township of Manchester. Installation will consist of the removal of the existing units, the installation of complete meter units including transmitters, and testing for proper installation. Township of Manchester will recoup the ownership of the old replaced meters from this project.
