Description

The Mercer Park Commission is seeking proposals from qualified Licensees interested in operating the catering of special events at the STRAWBERRY HILL MANSION located on Baldpate Mountain, 29 Fiddlers Creek Road, Titusville, New Jersey. The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to seek out and select a Licensee who will provide high quality food service at reasonable prices for luncheons and special events with an emphasis on customer service. The term of the agreement shall be three years commencing April 1, 2022 with either a one two-year extension or two one-year extension pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-15.
