Description

The Mercer County Park Commission is seeking proposals from qualified Licensees interested in operating the food, refreshment and catering concession at the Hopewell Valley Golf Course and Pool located at 114 Pennington-Hopewell Road. Hopewell, NJ 08525. The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to seek out and select one Licensee who will provide high quality food service and beverage at reasonable prices for banquets, special events, daily golfers and pool patrons with an emphasis on customer service. The term of the agreement shall be two (2) years commencing April 1, 2021 with either a one two-year extension or two one-year extensions pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-15.
