CC2021-11 - CONCESSIONAIRE FOR THE MERCER OAKS BANQUET FACILITY

The Mercer Park Commission is seeking proposals from qualified Licensees interested in operating the food, refreshment and catering concession at the MERCER OAKS BANQUET FACILITY located in Princeton Junction, New Jersey. The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to seek out and select a Licensee who will provide high quality food service at reasonable prices for banquets, special events, and daily golfers with an emphasis on customer service. The term of the agreement shall be three years commencing January 1, 2022 with either a one two-year extension or two one-year extension pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-15.
