The Mercer Park Commission is seeking proposals from qualified Licensees interested in operating the food, refreshment and catering concession at the MOUNTAIN VIEW GOLF COURSE BANQUET FACILITY located at 890 Bear Tavern Road, Ewing. The intent of this Request For Proposal (“RFP”) is to seek out and select one Licensee who will provide high quality food service at reasonable prices for banquets, special events, and daily golfers with an emphasis on customer service.
