Description

Mercer County/Trenton-Mercer Airport is soliciting qualifications proposals for the engagement of consultants to provide architectural, engineering, and related services for airport grant funded projects at the County of Mercer owned and operated Trenton-Mercer Airport (TTN). The process will be based upon a qualifications and experience based selection process to identify and select the best, most experienced, and most qualified firm(s) to provide services for contracts that involve federal grant funding that are being contemplated for completion by TTN over the next five (5) year period. An Airport Capital Improvement Plan (ACIP) has been included in the RFQ package and should be used by interested respondents as a guide for general information on projects being contemplated by the airport over the next five (5) years. Note: The attached ACIP was updated by C&S Companies under contract with COM/TTN in conjunction with a Master Plan Update.

Respondents can mail in RFQ responses in a timely manner via USPS, UPS and FedEx, etc. If they must be hand-delivered, potential bidders/respondents may drop them off to the Purchasing Department at the County’s Administration Building, 640 South Broad Street, Room 321, Trenton, New Jersey 08650 between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. Bid/RFP responses must be in by 11:30 A.M. the day of the opening.
