Description

The County of Mercer requests bids from manufacturers or suppliers provided for Parks Maintenance and Golf Course chemicals and Sewage Treatment Chemicals for the Mercer County Correction Center Water Treatment Facility. Bidders may provide the brand names stated or an equivalent product and shall provide product sheets with their bid for those items if bidding an equivalent. Multiple contracts shall be awarded for a period of one year based upon unit prices. All Grass Seed shall be Blue Tagged Certified. Bids submitted with an exception to the one year term shall be deemed non-responsive and shall be rejected. The County shall not be bound by minimum and maximum quantities.
