Description

The County of Mercer requests proposals for the Mercer County Park Commission from qualified consultants to develop a Lake and Pond Management Plan for various waterbodies within Mercer County parklands. The Mercer County Park Commission’s goal for its waterbodies is to ensure the health, stability and sustainability of the aquatic ecosystems, which in turn will provide an enhanced recreational experience for park users. The Lake and Pond Management Plan will document the existing conditions of each water body and its surrounding watershed; identify and prioritize existing and potential problems; and develop recommendations for treatment and restorations to mitigate problems.
