AB2024-13 - ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER HEAVY DUTY VEHICLES OVER 14,500 GVW FOR SPECIAL

The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain services for Original Equipment Manufacturer Heavy Duty Vehicle for specialized equipment repair and replacement parts for the County of Mercer Motor Pool Division. The contract will be for a period of one (1)  year with an option to extend one (1) year. The awarded vendor(s) must be a licensed auto repair dealers per NJ. Admin Code S39:13-2. This bid will be awarded to multiple vendors whom are deemed responsive and responsible per bid specification. The award will be based on the lowest unit cost for parts &  repair at a flat hourly rate and the highest percentage discount for O.E.M. over counter parts. The hourly rate is all inclusive no additional charges are permitted for shipping, diagnostics, repairmen etc.  All questions must be submitted via Bidnet Portal or via email to ohibbert@mercercounty.org no later July 15, 2024.
