Summary of Specifications:
The Housing Authority of the County of Morris is seeking proposals for architectural design services for the replacement of sidewalks at Morris Mews Senior Citizen Complex and Congregate Living Facility. The scope of services includes evaluation and recommendation; preparation of design and construction documents; work write-ups and cost estimates; evaluation of construction bids; general supervision of construction; review of contract modifications, certification that construction is being performed in accordance with the construction contracts; and participation in joint and final inspections.
