Sealed bids for Contract #27 – Roof Replacement at India Brook Village will be received by the Housing Authority of the County of Morris ("MCHA") at the Office of the Executive Director, 99 Ketch Road, Morristown, New Jersey 07960 until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. No bids shall be accepted after the designated time. Bids may be hand delivered or mailed; however, the MCHA disclaims any responsibility for bids forwarded by regular or overnight mail. Any bids received after the designated time and date will be returned unopened. One (1) original and one (1) copy of the bid must be submitted. Failure to provide the notarized, signed and required documents will result in disqualification of the bid.

A Pre-Bid Conference for the purpose of considering questions posed by all Bidders will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at the project site, 34-36 Calais Road, Randolph, NJ. It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that Bidders attend the Pre-Bid Conference for purposes of clarifying specific information concerning the Project work, hearing other Bidders' questions regarding various aspects of the Project and the answers thereto, and learning the manner of proper completion and submission of the Bid Documents to ensure a responsive Bid.
