Separate sealed proposals will be received by the Executive Director of the Municipal Utilities Authority, County of Morris on Thursday, November 17, 2011, at 11:30 a.m., prevailing time, at the Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority’s office located at 300 Mendham Road, Morris Township, New Jersey for: CONTRACT EEL-1 FURNISH & DELIVER ENERGY-EFFICIENT LIGHTING EQUIPMENT The specifications may be obtained at the office of the Executive Director of the Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Bidder and the words “ENERGY-EFFICIENT LIGHTING EQUIPMENT” addressed to the Executive Director of the Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority and may be received by U.S. Mail. The bid shall also be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit, a Stockholder’s Certificate, and a Business Registration Certificate. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C. 127 and P.L. 1977, C. 33. NO BID WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER DESIGNATED TIME AND THE MORRIS COUNTY M.U.A.
