NOTICE TO BIDDERS MORRIS COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY MORRIS COUNTY, NEW JERSEY SEALED BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) NEW 2013 (or newer) 4X2 TRUCK CHASSIS WITH 11 CUBIC YARD REAR-LOADING PACKER BODY The Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority (“MCMUA”) seeks to purchase one (1) new 2013 (or newer) 4X2 truck chassis with 11 cubic yard rear-loading packer body. The work under this Bid shall include the furnishing and delivery of the truck as more particularly described in the Bid Documents. Sealed Bids will be received by the Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority (“MCMUA”) on Thursday the 26th of September 2013 at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time at the Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority office located on the third floor at 300 Mendham Road, Morris Township, New Jersey and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read aloud for the “Purchase of One (1) New 2013 (or newer) 4X2 Truck Chassis with 11 Cubic Yard Rear-Loading Packer Body.” The Bids shall be in accordance with the Bid Documents on file with the Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority. No Bids will be received unless made in writing on forms furnished. Bidders will be required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975 C.127 (the “Law Against Discrimination”), and P.L. 1977 C.33 (Corporation and/or Partnership Owner Information) and any subsequent amendments thereto. Additionally, a copy of the Business Registration Certificate issued by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue, for the bidder must be submitted in accordance with P.L. 2004, c. 57. Bid Documents may be obtained on or after August 30, 2013 at the offices of the Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority, during regular business hours between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or by submission to the MCMUA of a written request on or after August 30, 2013 for email, postal or overnight delivery to Bidder. Any overnight delivery charges shall be paid by Bidder. The MCMUA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids and to accept the bid which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the Authority, as authorized by law.
