NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received by mail or in person by the Purchasing Agent for the Morris County Park Commission on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time at the Morris County Park Commission Administration Building, 300 Mendham Road, Morristown, New Jersey 07962 at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:
CONTRACT #52-16
KUBOTA EXCAVATOR, TRACTOR AND ATTACHMENTS
Proposals must be made on the standard proposal forms, enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and the “BID TITLE NAME & CONTRACT NO.” on the outside, addressed to Renée Klose, Purchasing Agent, at the above address.
Specifications and instruction to bidders may be obtained at the Administration Building on or after Wednesday, June 15, 2016, during regular business hours or on the Morris County Park Commission website at www.morrisparks.net under the “Public Bids//Vendor Registration” link. The Morris County Park Commission shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source.
Any bid addenda will be issued on the website. Therefore, all interested bidders should check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement.
Bidders shall comply with the Affirmative Action Requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq.
