Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent for the Morris County Park Commission on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time at the Morris County Park Commission Administration Building, 300 Mendham Road, Morristown, New Jersey 07962 at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:

Specifications and instruction to bidders may be obtained at the Administration Building on or after Tuesday, July 12, 2016, during regular business hours or on the Morris County Park Commission website at www.morrisparks.net under the “Public Bids//Vendor Registration” link.  The Morris County Park Commission shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Contract Documents, including addenda, obtained from any other source.
 
 
Bidders shall comply with the Affirmative Action Requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq.
