REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL EXEMPT SERVICES LAND SURVEYING SERVICES (RFP #204 -15) November 5, 2015 The Morris County Park Commission (MCPC) is seeking proposals and qualifications to provide professional land surveying services for projects at various locations throughout the Morris County park system. SCOPE OF SERVICES The scope of services may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Boundary Surveys • N.J.D.E.P. Green Acres Surveys • Topographic Surveys • Construction Layout Surveys Said Request for Proposals (RFP) will be at the Morris County Park Commission Administration Building, 300 Mendham Road, Morristown, New Jersey, on or after Thursday, November 5, 2015, during regular business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., prevailing time, Monday through Friday. Qualified firm/consultant is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.1, et seq. The successful bidder shall comply with the Affirmative Action Requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Firm/Consultant is advised of the responsibility to file an annual disclosure statement on political contributions with the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.15 (P.L. 2005, c.271, s.3) if the firm/consultant receives contracts in excess of $50,000.00 from public entities in a calendar year. Proposals must be received at the Morris County Park Commission office at The Morris County Park Commission Administration Building no later than 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 4, 2015. The proposals will be opened and the contents announced at that time.
